Important Delivery Information
• Shipping Costs : Free standard delivery across France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Belgium, Portugal, Germany, Denmark, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Sweden, Romania, Greece, Finland and the United Kingdom
• Processing Time : 1 to 3 business days for quality inspection
• Estimated Delivery Time : 7 to 10 business days after processing
Shipping Details
We currently ship to France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Belgium, Portugal, Germany, Denmark, Slovakia, Austria, Hungary, Poland, Sweden, Romania, Greece, Finland and the United Kingdom. All orders are sent via standard delivery, offering fast, secure and fully insured shipping.
From order placement to delivery at your door, it generally takes between 8 and 13 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We are sorry if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
In this case, please take clear photos of the issue and contact us as soon as possible.

• A description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We will quickly find a suitable solution.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours of being placed. After this time, cancellation may no longer be possible. For any cancellation request, please contact support as soon as possible.
Delivery Delays
During periods of high demand (e.g., holidays), delivery may be delayed.
If your order has not arrived three business days after the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service.
Order Processing & Cutoff Time
• Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+2) on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day same.
• Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
